Based on your request, you’ll be picked up at your selected Copacabana hotel or at its port (if you’re arriving from Isla del Sol) by your driver and then get transferred to La Paz on a 3-hour 30-minute drive with a ferry cross at the Strait of Tiquina and photo stops along the way.

COPACABANA TO LA PAZ
The Strait of Tiquina is located some 60 minutes away from Copacabana. At this narrow section of Lake Titicaca, there is no bridge; you have to cross by a local engine ferry (bring Bs10 Bolivian pesos for your tickets).
From Strait of Tiquina, you’ll drive directly to La Paz going through the El Alto town, popular by its terrible traffic jam and chaotic crowded streets.
If your hotel is located in Zona Sur Calacoto (Mitru Express, Rosario Sur, Atix, etc) there is an extra drive time of 20 minutes up to 30 minutes.
