What You’ll Do
Transfer from your hotel to Isla Esteves dock. Gently glide your kayak across the waterway and explore the hidden beauties of the highest navigable Lake, on a 40-minute paddling towards Uros Islands.
Enjoy the Uros Island under full moon, where your guide delivers information about the history and the process building of the Island. Head back to Puno city through the maze of reeds. Get delivered at your hotel.

5:30 pm – Hotel to kayak launch dock

Your Uros Full Moon Kayak Tour starts off at your hotel in Puno city, at the scheduled pick-up time one of our friendly drivers will show up and transfer you to the Isla Esteves kayak dock place on a 15-min drive.
On arrival at the place meet your passionate guide, as the sun sets and the moon rises, after the brief paddling lessons you’ll be ready to paddle right away.
While it is still light out, your kayak guide will lead you through the peaceful lake waterway and marshes of reeds out into the calm waters, taking time to talk about and point out the Lake Titicaca ecosystems, indigenous species, fauna and flora.

Under the light of the moon, at the end of the long waterway, you’ll arrive at the Uros floating Islands and feel the magic of padding in the highest navigable lake in the world, take a moment to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Lake Titicaca National Reserve at night and make lasting memories.
You will then paddle back to the same kayak dock, but you’ll find yourself surrounded by the magic of the Puno city night lights reflected on the water. Meet again with your driver and get dropped off at your hotel.
