What You’ll Do
Your driver takes you from your hotel to the starting place. You’ll cycle through the dusty roads with spectacular view of the Lake Titicaca.
The biking tour ends at the same place where you’ll meet your driver once again to go back to your hotel. Drop-off at your hotel.

Your amazing biking experience in Lake Titicaca begins with the pick-up from your hotel in Puno city and transfer to the starting place (near to Isla Esteves, 15 minutes away from downtown).
On arrival meet up with your bike guide and get your equipment.
ready by testing your mountain bike and adjusting the saddle.
9:30 am – Biking in the highest navigable Lake
After a brief introduction of what you’ll do during this special morning or afternoon, you start pedaling behind your enthusiastic guide. You’ll start pedaling towards Huerta Huaraya, a community located behind Puno hills and close to the Lake.
The first section is challenging because of a steep uphill road. But you’ll enjoy beautiful scenery and landscape of Uros reed floating Islands and the peninsulas of Capachica and Chucuito along the way.
Far away in the blue horizon you may be able to see Taquile Island and Bolivian snowy mountains.
On the way you’ll break couple of times or what is necessary to keep ahead. Meanwhile your guide takes his time to explain you about the tradition and history of the great pre Inca civilizations ruling in the basin of Lake Titicaca.
11:00 pm – Heading back to Puno
After this physical effort and almost smooth ride, you can opt to return through the same way or keep pedaling ahead until you reach the main Juliaca to Puno highway.
If you opt for getting to the main paved road then you’ll get an easy descending and great views of Puno bay and city from a lookout.
You’ll arrive to the same starting place, from where you are picked-up by our driver and transferred to your selected hotel.
