ITINERARY
The tourist bus will pick you up from a central La Paz accommodation between 6.30 - 7.00am (depending on the hotel) and take you to Copacabana arriving around 11.30 am in time for a lake-side lunch (not included). At 13.00 we take a private boat to visit the southern part of the Sun Island - this is a 4 hour round trip that includes a roughly one hour walk, a visit of the sun temple and a spectacular viewpoint. You will be given a map to explore the area yourself so that you can visit the main sites at your own pace - you will be told when you need to be back to the port for the ferry back.
Returning from the island the bus will be waiting to take you on from Copacabana back to La Paz at 18.00. You will arrive back in La Paz at approximately 22.30 and be dropped off at your central La Paz hotel.
